Arlo Base works in App but not on laptop via MyArlo website. Website shows offline?

Good afternoon Friends,


Can anyone explain why my Arlo Home Base is showing up and working on the mobile app but when I log into MyArlo on my computer it shows as being Offline??  Has anyone had this issue?   Does anyone have a fix?

Have you tried clearing the browser's cache as well as a different browser?
