Arlo Base Station not being found on app or laptop. Connecting to router but not to Arlo

Will not complete basic setup.  Used tech support without success.  Upgraded router and Mbps speed.  Hub connects to router but fails to connect to cloud/netgear.  I get no green internet light.  Reset unit multiple times without any change.  Even configured the router for port forwarding no change.  About ready to return unit and look elsewhere.  Last attempt, then back to store.

If you're not receiving a green light on your Arlo Base Station, you may want to check with your router to ensure that you're receiving internet through the router.
