I have an original arlo base station with 4 cameras. Lately every day it has been losing its connection saying offline. It’s not a home network issue because no other device has an issue in my network. I constantly have to reset power on the base station to get it to working again. The base station has the latest firmware updates. Anyone have any input or have this happen to them?

Can you tell us the LED status the next time it goes offline? https://kb.arlo.com/000039100/What-do-the-LEDs-on-my-Arlo-SmartHub-or-base-station-mean

I guess the internet symbol is the one that’s out when I lose connection. But the Ethernet cable Is secure and no other devices such as my computer or NAS have issues.
Is the internet LED amber or off?
If it's off, then the base thinks there is no ethernet connection. Next steps would be to try a different cable, and switch to a different router LAN port. You could also check the LED on the router port.
If it's not the connection itself, then it could be a failing base. You might want to contact support: https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx

internet LED is off.
originally it was plugged into my switch so i thought maybe the switch was failing so i plugged it directly into my Verizon router with a new cable and it still was going offline. And this a brand new Verizon router. However, i think it has to do with the IP Address leasing by the base station. I think when its DHCP lease expires it loses connection and doesnt reconnect for some reason. About 2 days ago i changed it on the router to make sure the base station has a Static lease. It hasnt gone offline since so i am going to continue to monitor for a couple days cause hopefully that was it.
