Hello,

My Base station stopped working suddenly.  It has one green light on it.  I tried resetting it and unplugging and plugging it back in, no dice.

Fails setup.

What is Netgears refund process (policy) on something I bought on Feb 8th, 2016 ?

Thanks

OK so far:

1)  Button #1 blinking (power)

2)  Button #2 Blinking ( ?? )

3)  Button #5 Blinking (show a little usb connection icon)

Unsure where to go from here.  Tried resynching one of the cameras, but no dice.

Any other ideas?

Yes... contact Netgear... sounds possible defect.

LED #1 is power and should ALWAYS be STEADY on even if nothing else works.

The far left one.

Arlo has been up and running for me fine, until something went wrong.  Now, Like I said, It fails the setup and I only have the one green light.

Thanks for your help so far!

Left is the power light... no internet, no cameras

You said reset...but did you do a full factory reset?

Hold in the reset button ( with paperclip ) for about 10 secs till all the front LEDs flash

#2 is the Internet LED and should be steady.  #5 should never be on - it implies that you held the sync button on the base too long when trying to sync the cameras.  Power cycle the base and press the sync button for only 1-2 seconds.  Syncing should work fine then if all is well.

Thank you Tom, I contacted Netgear Tech Support and I'm pretty sure they'll make things right!
