Hi all. Over the last few days my Arlo App has stopped working on my iPhone 12 IOS 16.3. Arlo App Version 4.1
when I open the app is does not go further than the main screen, just stops. Does not progress to the login screen. I have uninstalled and rebooted my phn several times and still the same

Hi yes, I have offloaded the app restarted and uninstalled and restarted on several occasions

can you try to put the device in airplane mode and open the app and see what the app does?

Turn on airplane mode and turn off Wi-Fi and cellular data. Then open the app, make sure it was open and running in the background before joining into airplane mode. Then attempt to log in, turn on Wi-Fi and log in. Once you are in turn off airplane mode and cellular data back on. Allow access and you should be fine once connected to the cameras. It did take a minute for my cameras to register.

Hi! So I had the app open, shut off my cellular service, wifi, and Bluetooth. Then opened the app and the log in screen magically appeared. After 3 days of nothing. Then I entered my info to log in and turned my services back on and everything was back to normal. I really hope this helps.
