I just upgraded the app starting with web access. The web interface is working just fine. But when I go to look at the feed through the phone app, I get this error: "There was an issue loading feed events. Try again." I have reset my phone and logged out and back into the app, which did not work. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm having the same issue too. Just upgraded the app last night. First it showed my old library then changed to feed events. The message I'm getting in the feed is, "There was an issue loading feed events. " Below that it says, "Try Again." Every time I hit try again, it goes back to the same message and still won't load any recorded videos.

Are you talking about cloud videos?  Or is this issue with direct access to local storage?

Cloud video. Yes, i do have a subscription.

It's the event cloud storage on the app. I called tech support earlier and they have no idea what's happening, so it must be an issue with the app. They're sending a report to the guys higher up to see if they know anything.  All my cameras are working fine and I'm getting notifications.

Have you tried both the app as well as the web client on a computer browser (my.arlo.com)? Do you have only one location (usually named Home) that shows at the top? Did somebody share cameras with you?

The web interface (my.Arlo.com) and Apple I-Pad work. Our two Google Pixel 8 phones will not load the feed, or what used to be the library. I have been working with support and emailed them some log files from one of the phones. I haven't heard anything in the past two days.

Had this problem with 2 of the 4 of our cams... I removed and reinstalled them, 1 now works.

I have only one location with one hub. None of my cameras are shared. I need to get out my laptop which I only use occasionally to check the web client in a desktop environment. I'll try to do that tonight. I still have no camera events loading in my feed from the cloud and I'm still getting the same error message in the feed which says, "There was an issue loading feed events. Try again." I hit try again and get the save message.

Same for me. Works on the web interface but not on the android phone.

Have you tried rebooting the phone? Probably won't help but...

you are right, rebooting did not help, I also tried removing my chime 2, that didn't help either.

The fix for the Feed error issue has been released with latest version of the Arlo Android App. Please download Arlo App ver 5.5.3 from the Play Store.

Good Afternoon to all following this thread....... I did hear back from Support. They updated the Android App and asked me to remove the current app and install the new one from the Play Store. The cloud feed now works! Good luck to all that shared this problem with me!
