Can't install doorbell on new network

I am having trouble syncing my doorbell with new network

The easiest thing to do when changing routers is to edit the router settings so the SSID and password for the WiFi is the same as the old router's. Have you done anything (removing the doorbell from your account or resetting) that may add to the issues?
