Help Please:
After 4 days I am pretty frustrated with the lack of Tech Support. I have Arlo Netgear Cameras. i have replaced the batteries in each one and the message on the App says the same thing: "Need to Replace the Battery". I charged each set of batteries over night. inserted them in the cameras. Waited 3 minutes. Logged out of the App. Only to read Replace the Batteries. Each one of the Cameras said it was updating i can see a picture for 2 minutes and Picture goes blank with the message: Replace the battery.
Can anyone get me back on line? Thanks.

FYI, Arlo is not part of Netgear, which divested Arlo years ago.
You're not exactly clear as to which camera model you have but it would apparently be the original cameras that use 4 CR123 batteries. It also appears that you're using some rechargeable batteries instead of the non-rechargeable ones.
Make sure you're just lightly placing the batteries into their slots and let the battery door do the pushing. Also, what's the brand and mAH rating of your batteries? Have you verified the battery voltage using a voltmeter? A charged battery should be ~4.1 volts and a discharged one should be ~2.75 volts. Perhaps one or more of the batteries are faulty.
