My app keeps flicking me out without opening. I have tried deleting the app and restarting my phone etc

    The fix for this issue is included in the latest version of the Arlo iOS app. This version is slowly rolling out and should be available for everyone soon. Check the iOS store and make sure you have the latest version of the app installed.

    The Arlo team is aware of an issue causing the iOS app to crash on launch for some users with the recent version 6.30.0. This appears to primarily affect older iPhone models, including iPhone 8 and iPhone 11. We apologize for the inconvenience and are actively working on a fix.

I’ve got an iPhone 8 and have the IOS 16.7 - Arlo app up to date. I don’t want to buy a new phone just to see my security cameras!

The fix is on app version 6.31. If you're still experiencing a crash on login, it's likely because you don't have that version. You can force the latest app update by navigating to the iOS app store and swiping down on the app updates area within your profile > upcoming automatic updates.
