The Android Arlo app home page on my phone does not have the same functions as the home page shown in the on line manual. Specifically it is missing the row of icons at the bottom, and I cannot determine how to get “live” camera feed.

Which version of the app are you running?

The live stream should start when you click the "Play" button in the centre of the stream window
