I’ve noticed in the past week that my app, cameras and recordings are taking forever to load. Doesn’t matter if I’m on WiFi or cellular. Mobile or PC. Is this a known issue or any ideas what’s going on?

This was discussed in depth in a couple of threads last week. My speeds returned to normal a couple of days ago.

Thanks. I didn’t see the previous thread. It’s just super annoying when I’m trying to access a camera to speak to someone and it takes forever to load and then the person is gone.

You're welcome. If you are still having probs look for post on Dec 15 titled latest app runs slow. Lots of great info on that discussion anyway.
