No cameras showing on Arlo app. Can't get flashing blue lights on camera to sync.

The set-up worked well for ages. Now there are no cameras showing on Arlo system app.  The Router is there.

Can't get flashing blue lights on cameras to allow synch.  New batteries. Blue light on closing camera but synch flashing not possible - all 3 cameras!  Has there been a modification of software / firmware.?  It seems to be a problem with the cameras (but all 3 at the same time?)

When you close the battery door does the LED blink blue, indicating power? If not, just lightly place the batteries in the slots and let the battery door do the closing. Since all cameras seem to be doing this, I'd wager it's something about batteries.
