StRted few months ago, the range at which h they start record has reduced and at night stops totally but nothing been changed since was installed.  When try get get support said it end of life product sorry no longer supported.  In wheelchair and used to help with early detection on people trespassing.  Last night July 3 2025 was party till 4 am no recordings even had couple getting it on almost right under camera.  Can anyone over any suggestions where to adjust range can't afford new cameras

You can't adjust the range per se but you can increase the motion sensitivity in the rules for the cameras. Assuming you are still using the old user interface that uses Library to view recordings, read this FAQ:
