Any Arlo camera will work in the cold with added insulation

We live in Michigan and our winters are cold. It is our first winter to our Arlo go cameras and they are already not charging because the weather is too cold. We brought them inside for them to warm up and we proceed with putting insulation around them. We first put pipe wrap insulation ( 1/2” thick) and covered that with self adhesive foil and foam duct insulation. Wrapped the whole thing with ductape and plug the cameras back in. It Has been three days now and the batteries are staying charges !

Accessory suggestion - powered camera warmer add-on with a thermostat, to prevent people trying this, leaving the insulation on into summer, and frying their cameras.

Also, remember that insulation just slows down the cooling,not preventing it. An active solution, such as mentioned above would be needed. However, since you mentioned the Go cameras, it's possible that there's enough camera internal activity to keep them connected to the cell service to allow the insulation to maintain a minimal internal temperature.
