How to change administrators? Deleted all devices from both phones but husband remains admin?

I followed the instructions and deleted the base station from my husband phone. this deleted all devices from both

phones and when I added the devices to my phone ,he remained the administrator. I'm confused. what should I do?

Did you setup a NEW account ( pw / email ) on your device ?
