So, you kindly updated the Arlo app on Android to ensure that notification sounds can be changed.

Does this update solve the issue? Well, yes and no. You can change notification sounds for the first camera, but the second (and, I presume, the other ones) still have the default (phone) ringtone.

So, get your act together, Arlo. Get rid of your software test manager who can't effectively get their team to sort out bugs etc. and start delivering what you're expected to deliver.

That's a thumbs down from me. Again.
