Arlo Base Station Is Offline

Afternoon,

My base station is show 3 green lights, but when i go onto the latest app on my phone its saying the base station is offline. My partner can log on and only see 1 of our 4 cameras! 

Any advice?

First, power button reboot the base... wait about 2-3 mins, test

If NG, try and see if you can access via browser at  https://arlo.netgear.com/

( this will tell if it's the phone or system )

If phone, uninstall and reinstall app
