Need a way to get this item replaced. Noticed it not working, opened the shell and a piece fell out. Bought it April 2024.. trying to get info but just going round and round....

The only way to get a replacement is to contact official support by using the app to go to Settings, Support and select your sensor. As long as you have a subscription, scroll down to Contacts to see about an RMA.
