Getting charged without a subscription

I just noticed I'm getting charged $9.99/month from Arlo, but I (thought) cancelled this subscription a couple years ago. When I log in, I am not seeing any subscriptions on my account. Because of this, I cannot chat with an Arlo agent because they only chat with people who have subscriptions. I also cannot find any way of emailing or calling to figure out how to stop these charges. So here I am. Can anyone help?

following. also realizing the same. never had a subscription and now realizing ive been charged 15.98 the last several months at least
