I have the same problem: "shockwave plugin disabled" ... but only when I want to get the online stream of a camera. The shockwave plugin is not disabled when I klick on the link in a mail that say "Arlo hat soeben eine Bewegung erkannt". Thus - where is the problem? And how to solve the problem?

adikom,

What browser are you using when you get this error? Do you get the same message when trying to access from a different browser?

This "solved solution" does not work. Wrong computer type. I need a solution for Firefox on Windows 10, not apple. Neither Firefox or Edge works. It takes FOREVER to get the system to respond. In firefox the plugin is active. The app seems to work on my Kindle without problems.
