Camera run time not responding to adjustments

Are you ensuring you click SAVE? It may be on the previous page or you might have to scroll down to find it depending on which platform and device you're on

Yes, and thank you for responding.
It is in Armed mode
Camera selected, selected record time slider from 10 sec to 25 and then save.
But still only recorded for 10 sec.
Also tried rebooting base unit.

The unit is the VMS3330

If you are using the app to do this then try the web interface at arlo.netgear.com

mode - edit camera - motion is detected - drag the slider- back - and then save.

Thank you , I will try that next. And yes I’m trying to adjust from the App.
Another question , is it possible to have two cameras record from one trigger camera?

Yes. You have to make a custom recording mode. Then make two rules where
Camera A motion causes Camera A to record

Camera B motion causes Camera A to record
You may also want Camera B to cause Camera B to record and Camera A to cause Camera B to record

I have these 4 rules on 2 cameras  near my front door

Ok, here’s the follow up. After several attempts to adjust the record time, ( going through the PC made no difference) , I pulled the cameras, took batteries out, unplugged Base unit, cleared everything and started over. It is responding now and have set the cameras to 20 to 30 seconds each. 

Not sure where the glitch was, but it is fine now. 

I do have other questions, but for now, I’m experimenting with camera positions and sensitivity.
