My wife and I have had two Arlo Pro cameras for a while. My email account is the second user. When we added a third camera, she logged in and gave me access, but the new camera wouldn't show up on my app. Today she deleted and re-added me, giving me access to all three cameras and the base unit. Now I only have access to the new camera on my app (iPhone 8). Anyone run into this one yet?

In her account under her Grant Access section has she clicked on all three cameras to be able to be shared?

Yes. I've logged in under her account and checked myself.

Have you tried to delete the granted email, reboot the base station, add the email back through the web portal?
