Adding second user that has full functionality

How can I add my wife so she can not only view CCTV on her phone, but also has the "mode" function so she may arm/disarm the system? When I add her as another user, she does not have this "mode" function. This is the ARLE wireless CCTV model VMS3230-100NAS.

Be sure to grant the additional privileges in Settings, Grant access for her access and save.
