Has anyone else noticed this?  I am not enrolled into Smart Notifications and do not want to be.  Since this feature went out my NOTIFICATIONS to my DEVICE have been delayed by 5-8 more seconds.

This is horrendous.  I used to use my driveway camera as an alert, but now someone is already up my driveway and at my front door before I get a notification that my DRIVEWAY CAMERA went off.  This is horrendous.  Can anyone recommend how I can fix?

Hi @Boucher187,

If you are receiving delays on your notifications, try optimizing the motion detection by repositioning the camera or raising the motion sensitivity. You can read what other options there are to optimize the motion detection here and see if that helps: Arlo Support How do I optimize motion detection for my Arlo camera?

Hi - I know that and how to optimize.

The issue is when the camera is triggered it takes 5-10 seconds for the alerts to go from the CAMERA to my e-mail or Arlo Application on my iPhone.

Since they added the Smart Cloud that is when I noticed this delay.  I am wondering if all notifications now have to go to the cloud before going to my phone.

Before this, I would get the notifications instantenously.

Just to make sure, do you have any activity zones set up on your cameras? If so, try to remove the activity zones and test it out. And then try to add the activity zone again and see if that helps.
