App saying device not found

I downloaded The app and created an account. When I log into the account and try to set up my base and cameras I get Through selecting what base it is with the serial number and get to name the base. But after I namethe Base I get A red x that says device not found. Also the bottom light on my base is Amber. I’ve tried everything and cannot get it to work.

The newer systems with a VMB3500 base have been having this issue. A fix is no doubt in the works but right now all you can do is to swap at the satore to see if that helps. The Pro systems doen't use this base and don't have the issue.
