I have always set activity zones via the web portal just because they can be more accurately set using the larger PC screen as opposed to the smaller phone screen. Now, on the web portal, I am able to see and adjust activity zones on all of my cameras except the two Pro 3's which, when I select activity zones, the screen times out and is never able to show those activity zones.
The whole reason I found this is that some of my activity zones (not just the Pro 3's) had actually shifted considerably, as if the field of view had changed...it had not. So, just more unexplained changes that add to the frustration of using this system.

Hi Brooke,
When are they going to install this "custom build for these Pro 3's", which never seems to come?

Every day I climb the ladder and pull/reinstall the battery, hoping that both Pro 3's don't go offline at once, in the middle of the night, and miss this "custom build". So far, they only seem to have one or the other go offline but every morning I check the one that remained online, hoping to see the "custom build" that never comes.

Needless to say, this is getting old!

In yesterday's post, regarding one of the Pro 3's that went offline the night before, I reflected on having to once again climb the ladder to remove/insert the battery. Well, I didn't have time to do that yesterday but last night, while watching TV, I noticed the blue lights flash and that Pro 3 came back online by itself after almost 24 hours of being offline.

What were you able to find out anything about this "custom build" that never came?

Well, the other Pro 3 is offline this morning 😠

I'm getting really tired of dragging the ladder into the house almost every day to make sure both Pro 3's stay online while waiting for some new build or fix that never comes. Since I found that the other Pro 3 came online by itself yesterday, I'm just going to wait and see what this one does.

On 06/05 you wrote "@KachinaShadow we have a custom build for these Pro 3 let me reach out and have your devices moved over" followed by "@KachinaShadow I had these migrated over, you should see it as resolved by tomorrow".
Any idea on when this "custom build" is going to be installed since it's been 2 weeks since they were supposed to do that?

Looks like the Pro 3's have been moved over and all is well 👌👍
Thanks

I guess I spoke too soon...I still have the Pro 3's going offline at random so it's back up the ladder to remove and reinsert the battery ☹️

Another Pro 3 update...after being offline for a day, my other Pro 3 seems to have brought itself back to life 🤔
Between the two Pro 3's they seem to alternate at being offline every few days but usually I have to remove and reinsert the battery to get them to come back to life. This is only the 2nd time that either of them has come back online on its own.

I have let the team know about the Pro 3, I do not have any updates as of yet.

Just an FYI for the team...
In the last three days both of my Pro 3's have gone offline...the one three days ago, actually came back online after a day and a half and the other was offline this morning when I looked at the system...we'll see if it comes back online on its own in a day or two.
Note that these two Pro 3's are only included in the "arm away" routine, along with one Pro 5 (which has never gone offline), so these three cameras are idle most of the time and arm away hasn't been activated for a couple of weeks.

This probably has nothing to do with anything but in my last post I noted that I was going to just leave the Pro 3, which went offline four days ago, alone and see when or if it came back online without my dragging the ladder in and doing the remove/reinsert the battery routine.
As you know, the whole time it's offline it's trying to reconnect and is using up battery, so this morning when I received an email the battery had reached 15% and needed to be charged, at around that same time that camera came back online, like freakin' magic 😮...of course that doesn't help much since now I have to drag the ladder inside to pull the battery and charge it 🙄

I did let them know there is a few users seeing the Pro 3 going offline again. I don't have an update as of yet, but I will reach out soon.

@KachinaShadow have you seen any improvements with the Pro 3's?

It's been a couple of weeks since they've gone offline and they seem to be working just fine so I'd say that the problem has been solved 👍
