Access issues

My ex has access to my cameras via the app how can i stop this from happening im also not sure if im the primary account holder or a shared one 

or how can i totally start again so no one has access

We should start here. 

• Can you access the camera settings? 
• Do you see an option to remove the cameras from your account?

If you do see the remove option, then you are the primary account holder.

Yes I have the remove device option in the settings

Ok.  Then you are the primary account holder.

If you see "Library" in your app menu, then you can use this guide to remove your ex's shared access:

I also recommend changing the password of your Arlo account.
