I find it amazing that ARLO has been billing my credit card for a few months (my fault for not checking) for a subscription that was canceled over 6 months ago before I moved. Further there is not a way to contact ARLO since they say I dont have a subscription but continue to bill me.

CANT GET MORE UNETHICAL THAN THIS.

Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good number to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.

You should contact your bank and report this as unauthorised payments, and you should consider contacting your local Office of Fair Trading, or equivalent, depending on your location, to report that, too.

 

Not only is that unethical but also fraud, a breach in their agreement with you, and unacceptable. There have been numerous posts about this kind of practice on this forum, so yours isn't an isolated case.
