My husband and I bought and set up our system successfully. I created my own account so that he could invite me. I can log in but when I try to add a camera it tells me "oops...contact support" Any advice?

The issue is that a system that's been set up can't be set up again - it's already in use. He should use Settings, Grant Access to your email address. Follow the emailed directions carefully.
