ARLO Camera will not sync to base station after changing batteries

After changing batteries on my cameras, one camera has not been able to sync with the base station.  The base station sync light blinks, then I activate the sync light on the camera; the camera blue light blinks slowly but never blinks quickly to show it syncs.  This continues for a number of minutes until the camera light shuts off and the base unit goes back to a solid green.  I tried removing this camera and re-adding it, but nothing works.  I've tried to repeat the sync-up process several times; nothing works.  Any thoughts on what can be done?

Make sure you're only pressing the base sync button briefly - don't hold it. If still the same issue, open a case with support here since it may be a bad camera.
