ARLO CAMERA BATTERY CHARGE STATUS

I changed the batteries in a camera that showed .09% charge left. After changing with brand new batteries the camera still shows .09% charge left. All other cameries except this one will update to 100% charge. Why only one camera problem?

Do a battery pull to reset the camera and the battery status should update

As originally stated, I have changed the batteries. In fact I did it 3 times with new batteries. This one camera will not reset. Gary

Try a base station power cycle.
