A little detail would help. How do you know it's not? Have you opened and closed the battery door to reset the camera? Did you power cycle the base?

Hi jguerdat - Thanks for the quick reply - I know because they have been in use for a couple of months and been showing drain previous to now showing 100%
I have not tried anything yet, waiting for advice.
Thanks

OK Tried both resetting the camera and the base station and the battery indicator on one of the cameras is still reporting 100%?

Swap the batteries between cameras. If the issue remains with the camera, contact support to open a case.
