Is there a place to provide feedback about web and app issues?  The different areas all seem to be hardware oriented, much like opening a ticket, but maybe I missed something!

What problems are you experiencing with the web client and the Arlo app?

I have a portion of the timeline I cannot view; the preview is all black; I know the camera was working during that period as I was watching some of it live.

I have a portion of the timeline I cannot seek to, although the preview looks accurate.  If I let it play from before, at some constant point it jumps to the end of the day's timeline.

 

Contacting support is time consuming and frustrating.

Are you mentioning about CVR? Is this happening on both the Arlo app and/or web client on your computer?
