I have a few problems and questions with the Arlo Pro:
- Where's the option to change the volume of the siren. I live in a small NYC apartment and I think the alarm is on full blast and it's deafening.
- Where's the option to get an alert when the battery is low? I couldn't find it anywhere in the Settings, so I had to resort to IFTTT.
- Is it just me or every time I go to watch live feed or put the camera in Positioning mode, Motion Detecting test mode, it sometimes times out and immediately freezes and drops connection to the base station? The only way to get it out of this offline state is to take the battery out and put it back in. Basically anything that has to do with "live" streaming has a 50% chance of freezing up the camera.
- Watching live feed on iOS app has a 100% chance of freezing up the camera and putting it offline. Seriously?
Thanks!

You get an email when it hits some where about 12-15% left. Same email as alerts

many of the current camera and viewing issues may be related to the last ios app release..its been glitchy
Try on a browser and PC if possible at https://arlo.netgear.com/

I didn't get an email when the battery died last time. It died because the connection was dropped and it kept trying to reconnect and it drained the battery.

Not everyone has access to a computer all the time. This is not even remotely a workaround.

If the camera disconnected, you not going to get an email as the Base can not read the camera battery...
What I was trying to explain was that the app will be fix by Netgear asap and that's prob the reason...was saying its a temp to use the PC fix, like it or not as if the app is off, there's no other choice..
