It seemed to be true that the 7 days of free cloud storage was counted exactly from the time of the recording.
For example, if the recording was on 3/8 at 1pm, then it would be deleted on 3/15 at 1pm.
However, today (3/14 at 10pm) my recording from 3/8 at 1pm is already deleted.
I just finished a long and frustrating chat with Arlo support and the person claimed that the way
it should be counted is that a recording on 3/8 at 1pm is deleted on 3/14 at 1pm.
That didn't seem like correct math to me.
Any ideas on what is going on?

Based on my experience, I would say that the video is deleted by the DAY, not the minute. WHen the new day starts, the last day of your videos is deleted or something like that (don't know the real details).

Yes, that makes sense, but only if the "end of the day" for my case is at midnight Eastern time.
