Every time my battery dies on the camera all the settings reset back to 10 seconds and removes additional camera recordings… For example if motion is detected of the garage it’s suppose to record for 40 seconds and also record 20 seconds on the front door… But if the garage camera dies then it resets back to 10 seconds and removes the additional recording from the front door and from the garage.

First, don't let the battery die - change proactively.

Next, the setting isn't in your camera - it's a function of settings in your account that loads into the base. I haven't heard of this before but I would reboot the base for starters and then use only a web browser to check/set anything in the Mode tab since the apps can do weird things sometimes.

Thanks for the suggestion. I almost always change the batteries when I get low… But I have one camera that just keeps losing connection and it’s within about 25 feet from the base station… And even when I change the batteries proactively the second I pull the batteries out it resets the settings.

yes I have cycle down the base station and repositioned it.

It has ran for the past year and a half perfectly… Only with in the last few months I’ve been experiencing this problem.

I'm going to suggest resetting the system and start fresh. Something is goobered in the setup. It may be bad equipment but first remove all devices from Settings, My Devices. Hold the reset button until the LEDs flash amber.  Open and close all camera battery doors. Use the Add Device selection to claim the base. Sync the cameras. Update firmware as you go if prompted.

Be sure to note all settings, modes, rules and schedule before you start to speed rebuilding.
