This is a user-user forum, and we have no decoder ring that maps serial numbers to camera models.

If the camera housing opens, then remove the camera from the housing and then take out the battery.  There is a label inside.  If the camera is sealed, then look for at the camera body for a label.  This is fine-print. For some cameras it is low-contrast, so can be hard to spot.

The other way it so go into the support center, select the camera, and scroll down to the product ID field.  If you see only Hxx then you are looking in the wrong place.
