3 of my cameras synced with no problem , my 4th  even after changing batteries and rebooting and powering down and up and rescyning again to no avail? any options here?

Contact Netgear, as maybe a replcement is called for.

 

OR there was a posting to save/fix a bricked camera using the usb port ( but I'll have to find the post, or u could search )
