3 dead cameras and one dead doorbell all while paying a MONTHLY FEE -  perpetuating  a fraud

Hi ianhurwitz,

 

Have you tried rebooting your Base Station to see if that helps with your Arlo cameras and Arlo Audio Doorbell to show online again?

3 Dead. First 3 models.
Rechargeable does not recharge - Dead.
New Battery in battery cameras - Dead.
Rebooted several times as suggested, still Dead

Firstly, I would suggest contacting Arlo's Customer Support at:

as it seems you have a major issue. But if, in the meantime, you are asking for help from members of this community, you will need to give us a lot more details, such as: did the cameras and doorbell all die at the same time?, for the wire free cameras, what are the LEDs on the base showing?, on the Q model, (which works on your wi-fi and not on your base station), what is going on there?, what is happening with the doorbell? and what troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

I have rebooted many times - even different days.
1) The LEDS on cameras do not come on.
2) New batteries don’t work
3) Charging doesn’t work
4) Door bell is set aside at this time as it It useless without the cameras - so if there is a fix, we can handle after cameras are fixed.
