2 of 3 Cameras Won't Sync (VMC3030). Tried restarting and re-inserting batteries.

Hi everyone,

 

I have the Arlo Base Station (VMB3000) with the two cameras that came with it (VMC3030) and added an Arlo Pro Camera as a third camera.

 

Just recently the two regular cameras (VMC3030) won't sync, but the Arlo Pro Camera does sync.

 

I've restarted the base station. Unplugged the base station for 2 minutes. Took out the batteries of each Arlo Camera and re-installed. However, they two cameras still won't sync.

 

Any ideas what the issue is or how to resolve?

Are you seeing the blue LED blinking on the cameras when you try to sync them?

 

If you have a new set of batteries, you might try them in one of the cameras.

Hi Stephen,

 

Thanks for you're reply. No blue lights, which made me realize something was wrong.

 

I just got off the phone with Arlo Tech Support...they suggested I remove the two cameras not working from my app, then add them back in. I'll be doing this when I get home from work today and will come back to update in case others are having similar issues.
