2 Camera System Netgear Certified Refurbished

I purchased a certified refurbished 2 camera system (with base) from Fry's electronics this evening. I cannot for the life of me get the base to be discovered by either my laptop or the app on my Android phone. I have followed all of the instructions over and over and over again. I even tried to do a factory reset but it doesn't appear that anything happened.

Help me Obi-Wan, you're my only hope!

1. Take it back and get an Arlo Pro 2 camera kit 😉
If not
2. What LEDs are on on the base station and what color are they?
3. Is the phone/laptop on the same network as the base?

4. What in specific detail is your factory reset procedure?

This morning I was able to reset to factory settings (last night it didn't seem work). 

Everything is all good now. The cameras are up and working. 

I guess I was my own Obi-Wan. Nah, I was General Leia. 🙂
