Ever since 2 updates ago. 1 of my 2 cameras won’t stay connected. I can re sync it it’ll stay on for about 20 mins then disconnect. It’s close to the base. I’ve had these for years and it’s only after updates that I ever have this problem. I’ve messaged them and heard nothing back. Just 1 of the 2. It’s like as soon as the main camera kicks on it kicks off the second. I’m about ready to ditch it. I’m so sick of the issues after updates. Nothing keeps this one connected. I’ve even changed the Ethernet cord. Reset the whole base. Removed all cameras and then re synced them many times.

I cannot call them due to being deaf. It’s frustrating. Always after updates. It’s bull

There is a chat option that should work.
