Arlo gets wet

We have 2 different Arlo cans... One is a cam that delivers with the basic station. One we buy extra. It should be the same can...There are some difference... 1 cam is made with gold metal inside...This one is function good.The other one is silver from the inside and always wet. Also the metal looks like it oxidized. Also the infrared lights not working anymore. Did everything to fix the problem. Everything looks like there is a difference between the quality that the made from.
Is one cam fake? Or maybe the give a quality upgrade to the standard cams.

I don't know of fake Arlo cameras but there are certainly different hardware revisions. The real issue is the moisture inside which is a result of a seal not working properly. This can be a manufacturing defect or user error (not ensuring the cover is closed properly). Since it's a hardware issue that we can't solve here, contact support using the link at the bottom here.
