Hi. I just noticed that I have not been getting any alerts on one of my cameras. I get motion/audio alerts perfectly fine on my other camera. I tried a motion sensitivity test and the orange light blinks, so it can definitely still sense it. I have the motion sensitivity set to 100% for that camera in the Mode menu. The motion icon (circle with lines) in the app does turn orange when I walk around so I think it is detecting the motion, just not sending the alerts. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Oh my gosh. I found the issue!! The rule for what to do if motion or audio is detected with that particular camera did not have push notifications enabled. In case anyone else has a similar issue, I went to Mode-armed-pencil icon-if motion or audio is detected (do this for each camera you have)- enable push notification.

Thanks so much for your help!!!

Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming the camera? If you have 4K livestreaming enabled, then you need to disable it before running this check.

Have you tried removing the battery for several seconds and then reinserting it?

Yes, I am able to make the manual recording. And it looks like all my motion alerts are in fact there in the library. So it looks like the motion recordings are working and saving to the library, but I'm just not getting the motion ALERTS to my phone. I tried removing/reinstalling the battery, but it didn't help.

Ok, that's useful to know.  What phone model do you have?

These articles might be useful:

Though you've clearly done several of the steps they suggest already.

I'll take a look at those articles. I have a iphone 15, but I doubt that's the issue because I'm still getting the alerts for my 2nd camera.
