Hi there

I have a Arlo Base station and a video door bell (wired) at my home.

All what I want is save the video recordings of doorbell to base station  and I don't need any monitoring etc.

But when I was trying to add the video door bell to base station, it prompted me to go on a 3 month free trial.

I couldn't bypass it.

Because my electrician wanted to test it I had to accept the 3 month free trial and  go ahead.

Now, my Arlo app notifies me that 3 month trial is going to end two days.

Could you please advise me how to bypass this?

regards

Nathan

Any camera newer than the Pro 2 requires a subscription for cloud recordings. That's why you were given the trial. You had the ability to cancel the sub in Settings, Subscriptions all along. At this point, do nothing and the sub will simply go away.
