So i just did all the installation for the new video door. Everything works like a charm. However, when i press the bell the video streaming seems to be not showing up in the app. I can speak and hear but no video. You can tap the play to stream live w no problem. The firmware was upgraded to the latest release. So why no video? The wheels keep spinning and i am running on 2.4g for wifi. Any help would be appreciated.
