I used to receive email for battery level low for Arlo Essential Doorbell.
But lately the emails have stopped.
How do I get them reinstated. Thank you.

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

I checked spam and trash in my emails.
Also checked notifications on the phone and nothing's changed there.
I receive motion alerts from the app.

How often is this occurring? During every battery discharge?

Yes, the last email alert I received was in April this year.
Since then either I have to check randomly or I have to notice that their are no motion alert notifications on the doorbell.
The last discharge was on the 17th Nov. I noticed the doorbell was offline and then proceeded to replace battery.

I also have the same problem. I used to get emails but they stopped earlier this year. I am receiving low battery emails for my Arlo cameras. Just not the doorbell. logged a support case but no progress to resolve.

No idea why you're not getting low battery notification but yesterday I got both a push notification as well as an email to charge a battery so something is working. Is the email in spam? Are notifications enabled in the phone settings for the app?

No mails in spam, last Arlo alert was 11-August-2024. Last week my doorbell died again without any warning.
Arlo has full privileges on my phone.

Do you monitor battery levels on a regular basis? It may be possible that the battery suddenly ran down, not giving enough time to send that email. That doesn't seem likely but could be an issue.

Recently, I saw that it was on 14 or 15 percent. It took quite some days from then for it to fully drain. I should have had an alert when it dropped to lower than 15%, but I did not receive any

Hi, I am having the same issue. It's been months (probably late spring or early summer) since I received a low battery email. I have the AVD2001 wifi video doorbell.
