My QR code is not scanning. I have tried multiple times and followed all of the suggestions for what to do if it doesn’t scan. I have also tried doing it in the daylight and in the evening and at night time I’ve tried screenshot in a picture and trying to scan the picture and it’s not working. How do I get my money back as I’ve noticed this is happened to other people a lot.

It's possible the doorbell is defective.

 

You could exchange it with the seller, or you could contact support (using the link in the upper right of the forum page).

This is already my second one from the company. My first one had the problem of not finding the doorbell during setup. I spent a total of three and a half hours on the phone with two different levels of tech support that time doing things I had already tried before they replaced it for this one.
