I have just installed the wired video doorbell. The doorbell is connected to my wifi network but will not connect to the Arlo app. I have reset everything multiple times. I have checked all the troubleshooting steps from Arlo and nothing works. Any ideas?

When you reset the doorbell did you hold it until the ring started flashing? What is the voltage measured at the doorbell?

Thank you for your response. Apparently it have a defective unit. Arlo is replacing it.
