Wired Doorbell unable to connect to base station

read all the threads on this community page - still unable to get the Doorbell to connect

All professionally wired  and set up: Tick

Reset the Doorbell for 15 seconds: Tick

Power Kit: Tick

Reset the base station: Tick

Wifi is 2.4GHz: Tick

The Router, base station and wired Doorbell are within 10 feet of each other: Tick

Probably time to bite the bullet and contact support.  There's a link at the top of the forum page.

Though it might be worth trying to connect it to your home wifi (especially if you have no other cameras connected to the base).

In fairness to Arlo support, they are consistently unhelpful, which helps with managing expectations.

Tried the wifi hook up - still no 🤩

Sounds like you have 2 choices:

1) Swap at the store if possible

2) Use the Contact Support link at the bottom here for a warranty claim
